Instructions

■ Hot Bukkake Udon Noodles

  1. Put the noodles into a pot of about 3 L boiling water and lightly loosen them with chopsticks.
(Be careful not to drop the packet of oxygen absorber into the pot when putting in the noodles.)
  1. Boil the noodles for 12 to 13 minutes. Keep the water boiling but don’t let it boil over. Take one noddle out, rinse it with cold water, and taste it to check if the noodles are done. Boil to your desired firmness.
  2. When the noodles are done, thoroughly drain them with a strainer.
  3. While cooking the noodles, warm the packet of Bukkake-no-tare sauce in another pot with boiling water for about 1 minute. Pour the warmed Bukkake-no-tare sauce over the noodles without diluting it.
